Q1. All products sell in Badminton Shop Online are genuine?
A1. Badminton Shop Online promises you all products are genuine. We will refund you the double if our products are proved to be fake.

Q2. What happen if I receive broken item(s)?
A2. All products are insured, when you receive broken products, please fill the form from Post Office and inform us. We will send you the replacement within 5 working days once the procedure is completed.

Q3. Can Badminton Shop Online mark my order as a gift and at a lower value in the parcel?
A3. Yes, we can help to mark the parcel as a gift and at a lower value (USD 20). However if the products are broken during the shipping stage, post office will only refund you the value stated in the parcel.
For your reference, the probability of receiving a broken item is around 0.2 % only.

A6. You may type your requirements to the comment box after you click the checkout button. You will be informed through E-mail if your order is not available. The processing time can be shortened if you can let us know your second choice. For example "I prefer the racket in 3UG5, if not available, I can accept other weight and grip size for my rackets."

Q7. Can I pay by credit card without a paypal account?
A7. Yes, you can pay by credit cards without signing up a paypal account. You will enter paypal payment gateway in the final stage, click "don't have a paypal account", then you can fill your information there #1.

#1 For your reference, not all major credit cards are supported by paypal system, so it would be better if you got more than 1 credit card in hand during the check out process.

A9. Yes, for order more than 700 USD (including shipping), we offer further discount. The discount rate is depends on different items. You may send contact us through E-mail or MSN, we will quote the price to you.

Q10. Why the page goes "blank" during checkout process?
A10. It may be related to the Java setting in your browser. In this case, you may check out again by using another computer or send us an E-mail (shop@badmintonshoponline.us) by telling us what products you are interested; we will send an invoice to your E-mail address for payments.

Q11. My racket got broken, can I get any claims?
A11. We offer 3 months replacement period for rackets. Starting from the day you receive the racket(s), you can get a new replacement if your racket get broken.
P.S. Condition of the broken rackets should not be too bad, e.g. the racket contains lots of damages beside the break point. Yonex and Badminton Shop Online reserve the rights for all replacement decisions.
