Shipping Cost:

Except the free shipping items, we charge shipping fee to our customers. The shipping fee will be US$20 < 1.1 lb and US$5.50 for every extra 1.1 lb.

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return your un-used items, in the packaging in which they were sent, to Returns Department ¡V Flat C, 13/F, Block 1, Site 5, Tak On Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong by post within 14 days.

If the product is not re-packaged correctly we will deduct a 10% repacking/restocking charge. If the goods have clearly been used you will be notified and we will require a further payment to cover the postage costs in returning the goods to you. We will offer an exchange for up to 28 days after the date of purchase but in all cases Badminton Shop Online will deduct postage costs from any refund or exchange value. The customer is responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods, unless a mistake has been made by Badminton Shop Online. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the return of the goods.
Please remember to obtain proof of posting, lost or mislaid returned goods cannot be refunded.
